Reward / Referral Program

The centre has always had a referral program in place for families. In the past we have always taken $50 off the account once their friend has commenced care. We have decided to change the offer due to families struggles with fees and having to drop days.
From 9th May any family who refers a friend will be given upon their commencement a voucher for one free extra day of care. One voucher will be issued with every successful enrolment. This day can be used at any time (pending on vacancies). This will allows mum (or dads) the opportunity to have a day to themselves to have coffee, a haircut or work an extra day without having to pay for care - sounds great extra cash in your hand.
This reward / referral program is one way for the staff of Gramma’s House to say thank you for your continual support.

Dayboro Day

The centre will be walking in the Dayboro Day parade on Sunday 29th May 2011. The Children are creating a large Chinese Dragon to walk under.
We are required to assemble at the pub car park at 9.30 am ready for the parade to start at 10am.
We would love current families and those who have passed to participate. If you are interested in walking with us please let me know.

Natural Environments

Does your child care centre have a natural environment – sand, dirt, edible plants, trees and natural vegetation?
The new child care regulations commencing in 2012 require centres to have outdoor space and natural environments.
Here at Gramma’s House we already offer a large natural environment. Our centre is located on 1.5 acres overlooking rolling country side. Our outdoor space is filled with natural shade from the trees, real grass, sandpits, mud patches, vegetable gardens, chickens and more.
Our environment allows your child to explore, develop their skills, learn about nature and more in a relaxed educational setting.
